We meet for 5 weeks of expressive education and fun on how you can really work with yoga. Topics include conscious eating, mindfulness, clarity of intention, living off the mat, and adapting the ins and outs of yoga flow movement to your needs.
Offered in the safe surround of a private studio, small groups benefit from community interaction and the unwavering support that occurs.

For those who are seeking a lifestyle framework for health, small interactive groups focus on the achievement of a mind-body-spirit lifestyle drawing from all 8 Limbs of Yoga to reach high levels of integrated healthcare. The combination of practices employ hands-on adjustments, gentle release, guided opening, relaxation and strength conditioning, and each session is personal and therapeutic.

A relaxing savasana with unique guided meditations close each session.

Therapeutic components of Gael’s teaching and experience are additional skills based on her Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Certificate as a Crisis Intervention Counselor, and subsequent healing trainings, not derived from or limited to her status as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance Registry.
